Will Fraser - Biography
Will Fraser PGCE is a highly experienced educator, British School of Meditation (BSoM) certified meditation coach and explorer of consciousness. He has spent 15 years as a teacher and senior leader in London high schools, specialising in teacher training and building and delivering transformative educational programs. His career as a meditation coach began in 2010 when the principal unexpectedly asked him to lead an extra-curricular mindfulness class. Since that point, he has developed his practice in India, Indonesia, Thailand, Peru and Nepal and taught mindfulness and meditation techniques to hundreds.
Will has also been a seeker, explorer and scholar of psycho-spiritual practices his entire adult life, exploring diverse methods from a range of traditions. Approaching the subject from a rational, yet open minded position, he was frustrated that many teachings were either too vague or buried in new age, mystical jargon. He made it his mission to distil these practices to their most effective techniques and fundamental principles, integrating insights from both modern neuroscience and ancient contemplative traditions, while seeking to understand his more profound experiences through developments in consciousness studies and informational models of reality.
The result is a rational, structured set of tools, principles and protocols deployed across an increasing array of courses and programs, and personalised coaching and mentorship. For those seeking the practical benefits of meditation, to those seeking deeper inner exploration, his programs provide clear frameworks to not only experience, but also contextualise, integrate and evolve from these practices.
